I practice two main forms of Reiki energy healing - Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki. I follow inner guidance on which style to use during each session.
Usui Reiki is the original form of Reiki, first developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui in Japan. It channels universal energy to bring balance on all levels.
Holy Fire Reiki is a more recent evolution of Reiki energy tapping into a higher vibrational frequency. It works deeply to release blockages and ignite spiritual growth.
While deeply powerful, Reiki energy is also exceptionally gentle and non-invasive. It works on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I usually ask clients not to share specific health conditions, in order to keep the focus on the guidance received.
During the session, I receive guidance and make notes to share with you afterwards. This guidance can provide meaningful insights to support your self-healing journey.

Reiki (Remote)

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that works holistically to support your highest good on all levels - body, mind, spirit, and emotions. It was first developed by Mikao Usui in 1922 and has been evolving ever since.
In Usui Reiki, the practitioner acts as a conduit to channel life force energy to the client to break up blocks and stagnation.
In Holy Fire Reiki, the client receives the high vibrational healing energy directly from the Universe/Source itself. The practitioner anchors and facilitates the process.
Both forms are exceptionally gentle yet deeply powerful and effective.
My Approach
I am a Usui Reiki Master and Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher. I follow inner guidance on which style will benefit you most during our session. My intention is to be an open vessel for healing Reiki energy to flow through in Usui Reiki, and to anchor the process in Holy Fire Reiki.
While Reiki works on deep levels, it is very relaxing and nurturing. You may fall into a meditative state as your system comes back into balance. Reiki can complement other treatment approaches wonderfully.
What to Expect
Prior to your first session, we will have a brief video consultation to get acquainted and address any questions you may have. You will then relax in a comfortable position to receive your remote Reiki energy healing.
During the session I will provide positive, healing energy tailored to your unique needs in that moment. Many clients report feeling warmth, tingling, heaviness or lightness.
Afterwards we discuss the experience, and I will share any guidance that came through for you. You will also receive tips to continue your healing process.

Chakra Balancing Treatment (Remote)
Do you feel blocked in some area of your life? Are you seeking deeper healing and wholeness? A chakra balancing treatment can help identify and clear energy obstacles, restore smooth flow, and bring your chakras back into alignment.
The chakras are energy centers running along the spine that regulate emotional, physical, and spiritual health. When a chakra is blocked or imbalanced, it can create disharmony and pain.
I offer chakra balancing with Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki, following inner guidance on which style will benefit you most.
A Reiki chakra treatment provides focused energy healing for each chakra. I will assess and address problem areas, channeling Reiki to break up blocks, release stuck emotions, and bring the chakras into balance. I also incorporate crystals into the session, using their vibrational properties to amplify and anchor the healing.

An Intuitive Crystal Body Reading session is centered on harnessing the energies of Reiki charged crystals for guidance and healing in matters related to relationships and health, presenting a distinctive alternative to conventional Tarot card readings.
